About Us
This isn’t school. This is a wake-up call.
FinStrike was founded by an entrepreneur on track to reach financial freedom by 35. He saw just how badly the system fails young people. After years of self-teaching, he set out to build the solution he wished he had. This isn’t about worksheets or lectures. It’s about giving teens a fighting chance to build the life most people don’t believe is possible.
FinStrike's Foundation
The Four Pillars
FinStrike’s four pillars go beyond the classroom to teach teens how money actually works. From earning and investing to protecting and owning their financial future, every module is rooted in real-world readiness.

1. Earn It
Whether it’s landing a first job, freelancing, or launching a side hustle, we show students how income works in the real world. They’ll understand paychecks, taxes, and the value of their time.

2. Protect It
We help teens avoid debt traps, scams, and impulsive spending. From understanding credit to protecting personal info online, FinStrike builds their financial street smarts.

3. Grow It
FinStrike breaks down stocks, index funds, compound interest, and credit. Teens learn how to put their money to work and why the smartest investors start young.

4. Own It
Through goal-setting, automation, and mindset training, students learn how to make smart decisions day-to-day. This leads to independence and resounding confidence.
Breaking the Mold
The System Wasn’t Built for You.
So We Built FinStrike.

Our Mission
After years of chasing financial freedom by listening to thousands of hours of podcast, reading hundreds of books, and testing real-world strategies, Marshall Pastore realized something simple but powerful. Most teens will never have the time or interest to take the same journey. So, he built FinStrike to hand them the easier path.
This isn't just about money. It's about control. Clarity. Freedom. FinStrike gives students a deep understanding of personal finance, then shows them how to automate it so they can focus on what actually brings them joy. The mission? To one day offer this curriculum for free through the power of donations. Because financial literacy isn’t a luxury. It’s a right.
Our Purpose
Teens are entering adulthood with more financial pressure than any generation before them. Schools skim the surface. Families avoid the conversation. And when reality hits, it hits hard. At FinStrike, we’re here to close that gap with tools that actually work in the real world.
Personal finance is personal. There’s no one-size-fits-all roadmap to wealth. Your journey might start with a side hustle, an investment, or scaling a small business. But, without the right foundation, even the best plan can derail. FinStrike gives you the knowledge to choose and customize the path that fits your life, so you can build real, lasting prosperity on your own terms.

Our Philosophy
Forget the extremes. Some preach zero debt and miss out on financial growth. Others chase maximum leverage and risk it all. FinStrike sits squarely between. We teach you to wield good debt like borrowing to build businesses or buy appreciating assets, and to slam the door on bad debt like cars, credit cards, and anything that loses value.
We move deliberately, teaching teens to build one asset at a time and watch their balance sheets climb.
